Chicken Pie With Cream Cheese

This rich and flavorful Chicken Pie will expand your menu and creativity for the holidays or even a family dinner


Ingredients
Dough
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of milk
1 cup of oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
100 grams of parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Filling
800 grams of cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 can of green peas
1 can of whole corn
1 can of tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
1 /2 cup of cream cheese
200 ml of heavy cream
Dough
Blend 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of oil and 3 eggs in a blender until you get a uniform texture mixture
In a container, sift together 2 cups of wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Add the wheat flour and baking powder to the blender mixture. Without mixing the mixture, just press the pulse mode 2 or 3 times.

In a large pan, add olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic, add the tomato sauce, making a sauté.
Add the cooked and shredded chicken breast, heavy cream, 1 can of peas, 1 can of corn , cream cheese and black pepper to taste. And finally the curd. Mix well and let the flavors develop.
Adjust the salt, turn off the heat and reserve the filling.
Assembly
Pour half of the dough into a medium rectangular pan greased with butter and floured
Add the filling, then cover with the rest of the dough
Distribute the rest of the Dough and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. (Note: you can decorate with pitted green olives)
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden
