Coffee Creme Filling
Sweet Deliciousness For Your Dessert Icing And Filling Needs!
This rich and creamy coffee filling is the perfect addition to any cake or dessert, adding a delightful coffee flavor that will satisfy any coffee lover's cravings.


Ingredients
35g of soluble coffee (instant coffee)
120g of sugar
140mL of ice cold water
In a bowl, place the sugar, instant coffee and very cold water. Mix with a spatula/whisk.
Then add to mixer to stir together (it can be the handheld ones or keep stiring ALOT with whisk) for approximately 5 minutes.
As time passes, you will notice the mixture become creamy and richer.
Try it to test if it's good with sweetness and if you think it's necessary, sweeten more and mix well to add.
Tip: The longer you whisk/mix, the firmer and whiter the cream will be!
Transfer the cream to a pastry bag with a nozzle and use to fill up cakes, pies, put in cups to serve as mousse or use to make the delicious Brazilian pave!
