Creamy Cake Milk Filling

With Only 3 Ingredients, Try This Super Easy Sweet Dessert Filler!

This rich and creamy milk filling is the perfect addition to any cake or dessert, adding a delightful sweet flavor that will satisfy any dessert lover's cravings!
Ingredients

  • 395g - 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 200g of powder milk (Nino)

  • 300g each bowl - 2 Bowls of Cream (Like Cool Whip)

  • In a bowl, place the cold cream, condensed milk, powder milk and mix with a spatula.

  • Then mix the filling at maximum speed for 1 1/2 minutes if using the handheld mixer, and if using the table mixer, mix for 2 minutes.

  • The Filling texture should be very firm, and when lifting the filling from the mixer it does not fall or run off your spatula!

  • As soon as you finish mixing it, use it immediately to fill your cake/dessert!

Tip: If you have that excess liquid in the cream, its better to dispense it

  • Shelf life of the filling: Pure/Raw up to 6 days in the fridge - With strawberries up to 3 days in the fridge - With pineapple up to 5 days in the fridge
