Ingredients

(6 Servings)

  • 1 Pound (around 500 Grams) of Beef Liver

  • Garlic at your preference

  • Salt at your preference

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 Yellow Onion

  • 1/4 cup of cooking oil or soy bean oil

  • Cut the already washed liver into strips, put it in a pan where you will season it

  • Add the salt to taste, the black pepper and lastly the garlic, stir well until all the liver strips have caught the seasoning, leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the fridge and put the olive oil or oil in the skillet, let it warm up and put all the strips inside to fry.

  • When the liver is almost fried, add the sliced onion to fry together.

  • Ready turn off when you finish frying the onion and serve!
