Guacamole
Guacamole recipe perfect for a night in or a day with friends!
Guacamole, because it is a kind of paste, goes well in sandwiches and like any kind of filling. Guacamole with doritos can be a good option, but it's always cool to take care of the side dishes to make it shine like the nachos themselves, sour cream, corn tortillas and banana chips, for example. But it also serves as an accompaniment to fish, chicken, hamburger, french fries, tapioca and even pasta!
Ingredients
4 Avocados
1 Small Onion
1 Large Tomato (Seedless)
2 Garlic Cloves (Well-Crushed)
1 coat of coriander
1 seedless chili pepper
Juice of 1 large lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt


Mash the avocado with a fork, add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to taste and mix like a puree.
Chop the onion, tomato and coriander. Chop the pepper well.
Add the chopped ingredients to the avocado "puree".
Serve with chips, crackers, tacos, in the burrito or even along with rice and beans.

If you prefer, change the Plum Syrup for other syrup
Grease your cake mold with coconut oil and, when it's time to unmold, just pass the sides of the shape in the mouth of the stove, it will make it release more easily!
