(Coconut Pudding)
Manjar De Coco - Coconut pudding with plum syrup is a classic dessert that combines the softness of coconut with the sweetness of plum syrup. Made with coconut milk and condensed milk, this dessert takes on its characteristic shape and a creamy texture that melts in the mouth with every spoonful.
Ingredients (20 P)
1 Liter of Whole Milk
1 Can/bottle of Coconut Milk
1 Can or (395 Grams) of Condensed Milk
1 Teacup of Corn Starch (110g)
1 Box of Sour Cream (250g)
Syrup
1 Cup of Sugar (180g)
2 Cups of Water (480ml)
30 Black Plums
Cinnamon Sticks if wanted












(Will Need A Blender)
Beat the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, sour cream and cornstarch in a blender. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring it to the stovetop
Let it cook, stirring constantly, for 20 minutes or until it thickens
Place the cream in a ring pan wet with water and let it cool for 30 minutes
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until very firm.
If you prefer, add 2 tablespoons of grated coconut in the preparation of the pudding
SYRUP
Put the sugar in a saucepan and bring to the stovetop to caramelize.
Then add the water and plums and bring to a boil for 20 minutes or until it forms a syrup.
Wait for it to get cold. Unmold the already cold delicacy and cover with the syrup, also cold.
Serve and enjoy!

Tips For Your Manjar / Pudding
If you prefer, change the Plum Syrup for other syrup
Grease your cake mold with coconut oil and, when it's time to unmold, just pass the sides of the shape in the mouth of the stove, it will make it release more easily!
