Simple And Fun Dessert For Large Quantities!

Mosaic Gelatin is a delightful dessert that combines the flavors and textures of different fruits and creamy gelatin. It is made by layering colorful and fruity gelatin mixtures in a mold and allowing them to set. Mosaic Gelatin is not only visually appealing but also a refreshing and light dessert, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
  • 85g lemon flavored gelatin powder

  • 85g pineapple flavored gelatin powder

  • 85g strawberry flavored gelatin powder

  • 85g grape flavored gelatin powder

  • 7g unflavored gelatin powder

  • Condensed milk 395g

  • 1 and 1/2 cup Milk (390 ml)

  • In rectangular or square refractory containers, prepare the colored gelatins separately, diluting each one in half a cup of boiling water and half a cup of cold water.

  • Let it cool and take it to the fridge, until they are very consistent. Remove from the fridge and cut into cubes. Reserve.

  • Add 5 tablespoons of cold water to the unflavored gelatin and heat in a bain-marie until dissolved.

  • In a blender, beat the condensed milk with the milk and dissolved unflavored gelatin until smooth.

  • Place the reserved gelatin cubes in bowls, pour the condensed milk mixture over them and refrigerate until firm.
