Ingredients

  • 2 can 14oz sweetener milk

  • 250 ml de concentrated juice passion fruit

  • 1 qt (945ml) heavy cream

  • 1 env. (0.25 oz ) unflavored gelatine

  • Use gelatin packet and dissolve the powder with hot water.

  • Use a Blender and mix all ingredients in after cooling the gelatin.

  • Blend for 5 Minutes and texture should be rich and medium thick.

  • Refrigerate the Mousse from the blender for a good 2 - 3 hours before serving
