Ingredients
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of warm milk
Your style of cheese cut into cubes as desired (mozzarella preferred)
Oil for frying


Place the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center
Add the butter and salt in the center
Stir, gradually pouring in the milk
Knead until the dough gets off from your hands
Cover with a paper towel and let it rest for about 2 hours
Roll out the dough and cut into 6 cm squares
Place some cheese cubes in the middle of each square
Fold the dough to close the pastry and trim the edges with the appropriate cutter
Heat the oil, fry and drain
