Vegan Soybean Ground Beef
Flavor Packed Dish With A Healthy Kick!

Ingredients
2 cups of dehydrated soybeans
1 lemon juice
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
2 tablespoons finely chopped pepper
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green seasoning to taste
4 teacups of water


Bring the water to a boil in a pan - Once it boils, turn it off
Add soy bean protein and lemon juice and soak for 15 to 20 minutes
Drain the water and rinse well
Then squeeze the protein to remove as much water as possible
Now Leave Soy Bean Protein for later***
Take out a frying pan and heat with olive oil, brown the onion and garlic first
Then add the other ingredients and soy bean protein
Saute for 3 to 4 minutes
Adjust the seasoning if necessary
Turn off heat and serve!
