Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dehydrated soybeans

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pepper

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped green seasoning to taste

  • 4 teacups of water

  • Bring the water to a boil in a pan - Once it boils, turn it off

  • Add soy bean protein and lemon juice and soak for 15 to 20 minutes

  • Drain the water and rinse well

  • Then squeeze the protein to remove as much water as possible

  • Now Leave Soy Bean Protein for later***

  • Take out a frying pan and heat with olive oil, brown the onion and garlic first

  • Then add the other ingredients and soy bean protein

  • Saute for 3 to 4 minutes

  • Adjust the seasoning if necessary

  • Turn off heat and serve!
